If your order has already shipped, we cannot modify the delivery address.
The R Crafts will only assist with shipping issues based on the final confirmed address provided by the customer.

The order will be placed on hold for up to 7 days while awaiting a response. If no confirmation is received, the order will be automatically canceled, and you will receive a 100% refund.

In some cases, we may ask you to create a Service Request with the shipping carrier. This may be required if:

The package could not be delivered due to external conditions (e.g., weather, geographic limitations)
The tracking shows “delivered” but you have not received the package

✨ Premium Craftsmanship & Technical Details
Discover the perfect balance between rustic charm and modern artistry. Our Custom Wooden Block is designed for those who appreciate fine details and meaningful decor. Using a specialized flat-design approach, we bring your favorite scenes to life on high-quality wood, creating a focal point that captures attention in any room.
The Art of 3-Layer Construction
We don't just print on wood; we build a piece of art. Each block features a Premium 3-Layer Craftsmanship that ensures durability and a high-end feel:
Solid Support: A 5mm plywood base layer provides the weight and stability needed for a perfect tabletop display.
Structural Depth: The 5mm middle layer reinforces the block, giving it a substantial 15mm total thickness that feels sturdy in your hands.
Artistic Surface: The 5mm top layer is where the magic happens, featuring precision-cut edges and vibrant imagery.
Advanced Visual Technology
High-Definition UV Printing: We utilize industry-leading UV ink to ensure your design is crisp, colorful, and resistant to the passage of time.
Sophisticated Flat Design: Though the block is physically flat, our printing technique creates a "3D illusion" that gives the artwork incredible visual depth.
Elegant Finish: Every edge is precision-cut to ensure a smooth, clean look that complements any interior style.
A Gift That Tells a Story
Available Sizes: 4-inch, 5-inch, 6-inch, and 8-inch options.
